We are looking to hire a Territory Manager Asphalt

This is just a high-level overview of the role we need you fill for us

 

Proactively prospect long-term, profitable relationships and manage sales objectives at the territory level. The territory manager is responsible for achieving the revenue and net profit objectives as agreed upon with his/her supervisor.

  • Understand and implement the Colorbiotics Selling System, focusing on identifying and satisfying customer needs.
  • Contact new and existing customers to discuss their needs, and to explain how these needs are met by specific products and services. Educate customers and prospects about products, prices, availability, product uses, and credit terms.  Maintain and grow the customer base.
  • Handle and resolve customer colorant and equipment needs in a timely manner to ensure highest possible customer satisfaction
  • Conduct a Customer Needs Assessment and provide technical knowledge of product capabilities and limitations.
  • Negotiate prices and terms of sales and service agreements.  Maintain customer records, using automated systems and Sales Force.
  • Identify prospective customers by using business directories, following leads from existing clients, participating in organizations and clubs, and attending trade shows and conferences.  Represent Colorbiotics at trade association meetings to promote products.
  • Prepare sales contracts for orders obtained and submit orders for processing.
  • Responsible for collecting AR and managing territory P&L Budget.
  • Understand and implement marketing plan initiatives…driving key asphalt products, services, and technologies toward key target markets.
  • Develop new and profitable accounts utilizing all asphalt products
  • Assist marketing with new product development to ensure emerging customer needs are met.
  • Assist other sales regions/territories when needed or asked by supervisor.
  • Calibrate and compare competitive products and provide recommendations on efficiency,
