We are looking to hire a Marketing Project Manager to support work in the Beachwood, OH office.

We are looking for a Marketing Project Manager to lead various phase gate and key program initiatives from conception thru launch. 

Project Marketing Manager responsibilities include creating and implementing new product line growth strategies, including product positioning, pricing strategies, and product portfolio life cycle management. The candidate will be challenged to identify new market opportunities and coordinate new market solution projects through Phase Gate, frequently leading the project teams. The Project Marketing Manager will identify and assess competitive threats, develop Sales/Marketing tools and provide technical field training and support for assigned for those market solutions.

• Demonstrated ability to lead project teams, to build teams, to serve as a team member, and to infuse teams with functional marketing and project management expertise
• Experience in running broad-based programs.

• Demonstrated influence skills. Able to influence individuals across all functional organizations and at all levels
• Understands or can readily create events/information that result in understanding of customer needs.
• Highly-developed interpersonal skills
• Good presentation and communication skills.  Can articulate ideas and findings to senior and executive management 
• Can handle multiple tasks simultaneously.  Organized. 
• Creative thinker
• Customer oriented
• Computer skills are essential - Proficient in Project Management software, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. 
• Knowledge of Outlook, Teams, Salesforce, and SAP a plus
• Concrete knowledge a plus
