We are looking to hire a Material Sourcing Project Manager to service the Beachwood, OH area.

This is just a high-level overview of the role we need you to fill for us

This is a short-term project role with a very directed objective of sourcing a key ingredient for a growing and strategic product line.  There are plans to build additional internal capacity for this raw material, which will come online in 12-18 months.  In the meantime, this role will identify and engage toll manufacturers or other sources to meet current demand and bridge the temporary gap until additional capacity comes online.  Upon completion of this project, other project activities may be considered for the incumbent in this role.

These skills and experiences will make you a good fit for this role:

• B.S. in a construction-related field desired; experience in lieu of education will be considered
• 10 years of production experience preferred
• Broad knowledge of the concrete construction industry, as well as the value drivers within the construction industry preferred
• Understanding of the concrete admixture business, including production methods, materials used, and typical product categories
• Excellent presentation and communication skills
• Financial analysis and financial management skills
