We are looking to hire a Human Resources Manager, Operations to service our Construction Systems business.


This is just a high-level overview of the role we need you to fill for us


Under the direction of the Senior HR Manager, the HR Manager is accountable for providing the full range of Human Resources support to the multi-site operations group within the Construction Systems division of Master Builders Solutions.  The HR Manager will partner with site management and the HR COE to provide comprehensive human resources services including counseling, coaching and guidance while ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and MBCC Group policies.  This position is based in a manufacturing location and will require travel to other sites as needed.

  • Previous experience working within a fast-paced manufacturing environment with multi-site experience.
  • Previous experience in a union environment preferred.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of current and progressive principles and practices of human resources management, including U.S. and state employment law practices.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage and administer a broad range of tasks including resolving complaints, and counseling managers and employees on the interpretation of policies, procedures, and other business issues. 
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate (verbal and written), interact, and influence with all levels including production technicians, staff associates, and senior management.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain positive working relationships internally and externally. 
  • Demonstrated use of sound judgment and ability to make decisions in a fair & consistent manner.
  • Act independently regarding most operational activities and interacts with manager usually on a consulting and reporting basis.
  • Ability to travel 30% of the time to other operation sites.
  • EDUCATION – Bachelor’s degree preferred, graduate degree, MBA and PHR/SPHR designation would be considered a strong asset.
  • EXPERIENCE – Minimum of five (5) years of progressive professional Human Resources experience in manufacturing, supporting a multi-unit business model.
  • TECHNOLOGIES – Microsoft Office 365 Suite including intermediate level using Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Teams. Exposure to an HRIS preferred, not required
