We are looking to hire a Maintenance Admin to service Brighton, CO


Under the direction of the Maintenance Manager this position provides front office business support and coordination. In addition to typing, filing and scheduling, performs duties such as coordination of meetings, obtaining supplies, coordinating mailings, and working on special projects Deals with a diverse group of external contacts, customers and visitors, as well as internal contacts at all levels of the organization. Independent judgment is required to plan, prioritize, and organize diversified workload in an appropriate and confidential manner.

  • Be able to provide daily administrative support for the plant.
  • Be able to provide accounting, SAP, bookkeeping, general ledger and purchasing responsibilities.
  • Assume main responsibility for direct procurement (raw materials and packaging) items.
  • Establishes, develops, maintains and updates filing system. Retrieves and organizes information from files when needed.
  • Confirming vendor POs for materials.
  • Purchase requisitions for indirect procurement (Supplies, Goods and Services).
  • Updating process order dates.


Basic qualifications:


•          Must have experience supporting and managing front office activities.
•          Highly proficient in Microsoft Office Applications including Word, Excel, Outlook and  
•          Familiar with procuring and receiving materials in an Enterprise system (SAP or similar
             business operating platform)
•          Exceptional organizational and time management skills
•          Willingness to jump in and help with duties outside of scope of position
•          Detail-oriented, resourceful, responsible, focused, and proactive
•          Solid oral and written communication skills
•          Must be able to work in a fast pace and collaborative environment, and handle multiple
             tasks concurrently
