Job Summary

You will help shape and manage our compensation & mobility programs that aligns our talent with our business growth, innovation and improvement.

You will constantly review the implementation status of projects/ programs and propose changes.

You will create and manage streamlined processes and ensure alignment with key stakeholders both internal and external.

You will provide leadership and ensure compliant processes and alignment with local and international employee laws and regulations, and maintain in-depth knowledge of local, global and federal employment laws.

Continuously assess and identify operational improvements with a focus on flexibility and operational efficiency, ensuring all processes and policies are customer focused, cost effective and efficient.


You have a Masters’ degree or a bachelor’s degree in HR (or related field) and experience in Compensation and ideally in Mobility programs.

You have a solid knowledge in creating competitive salary structures and individual salary benchmarks based on international salary survey market data (Mercer) based on state-of-the-art practices.

You are familiar with career levels, job architecture, STI programs, merit increase process and job evaluation (IPE Mercer).

You are ideally familiar with the latest mobility program practices (immigration processes, tax and labor law, social security, vendor management), but this not a must.

You have an ability to grasp complex issues, apply logical thinking and to resolve operational issues, while working proactively, with a sense of ownership.

You have substantial people partnering and operational expertise.

You have excellent proficiency in English.
