We are looking to hire an Inside Sales Specialist for our Ames, IA location

This is just a high-level overview of the role we need you fill for us

This position is responsible for internal sales support, monitoring market trends and reporting results, and assisting the Sales Team on projects and tasks necessary to grow market share and improve profitability.  Coordinating color runs in the lab as determined by the outside sales force, and other duties and special assignments as prioritized through management.  This position will interact with Colorbiotics internal, Products Managers, TM's, Sales Manager & Director of Marketing and Sales as well as external customers.

These skills and experiences will make you a good fit for this role

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Agriculture, Communications, or related field.
• A minimum of 3 years’ experience in marketing, product management, sales or technical
  services is preferred.
• Proficiency in computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Project, CRM
• Basic knowledge of statistical analysis and market research
• Analyze, interpret, and generate information for customer annual reviews
• Assist Territory Manager with internal sales related items; participate in “Special Projects” and other duties as needed
• Develop strategic prospecting and qualified lead generation programs
