We are looking to hire a Territory Sales Manager – Parking and Restorations to service the Iowa, Nebraska, and South Dakota Territories.

 

This is just a high-level overview of the role we need you to fill for us

A Territory Sales Manager will be responsible for increasing sales volume within established accounts and aggressively seeking new customers by implementing planned sales strategies, company marketing programs and delivering cost effective customer service. You will assist in adapting company product into their own requirement and specification while providing information to customers on new and current products, pricing and general order status.

  • Generate a dominant specification presence for building restoration products and parking & stadium products
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key contractors, waterproofing applicators, parking and restoration firms
  • Develop and maintain relationships and presence with design professional to maximize specifications penetration.
  • Establish primary supply position with distributors
  • Strategically target new opportunities, develop tactics to pursue, and execute
  • Identify and meet customer needs with honesty, integrity, and respect
  • Act to deliver customer value while achieving profitable business results
  • Influence and improve the industry by providing solutions to construction challenges
  • Complete and maintain a comprehensive SOP (Sales Operating Plan)
  • Solve design and application issues / problems for customers (engineers, contractors, etc. – all customer types).
  • Train, influence, and assist contractors in best practices in successful bidding and application.
  • Assist market segment managers by providing voice of customer and competitive market information.
  • Maintaining and developing appropriate distribution partnership relationships.
  • Pricing for the defined segment.
  • Quality and complaint investigation and resolution.
  • Responsible for timely reporting, delivering sales results (top-and bottom-line) and managing territory to the expense budget.

 

These skills and experiences will make you a good fit for this role

  • Bachelor of Arts/Science in Business or related program
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant sales or industry related experience
  • Ability to work from home and travel up to 80%
  • Reside within the sales territory of Iowa, Nebraska, or S. Dakota
  • Superior time management skills and ability to excel in a self-directed work environment
  • Excellent communication, presentation and customer interface skills
  • Experience and training in consultative selling skills
  • Strong understanding of how to work through multi-level selling and managing a project sales cycle
  • CRM sales platform expertise and administration
