We are looking to hire a Thermotek Territory Sales Manager – Southern California


This is just a high-level overview of the role we need you to fill for us


Drive Thermotek roofing market share growth and focus, expand and nurture our existing customer base and develop new business opportunities through specifications, customers, and projects.



These skills and experiences will make you a good fit for this role


  • Lead the effort to develop a Thermotek roofing sales strategy in their assigned geography
  • Work with the RM’s and TSM’s to develop relationships with target contractors and distributors
  • Participate in strategic industry associations within the designated region
  • Use Salesforce to search, communicate job leads, and coordinate specific sales action steps to track and close projects.
  • Create, maintain, and communicate regional target project lists and sales results monthly
  • Improve the knowledge of our products and application techniques with all customers.
  • Problem solve - this includes all aspects of projects, including application issues, alternative application techniques or product uses, assistance in the specification, approval, and bidding process.  The TSM should consult with Technical Service and Marketing as needed to ensure a consistent recommendation and message
  • Provide product / system price range information to contractors and distributors
  • Understand the Web shop ordering system and provide backup for the customer as needed in the placing, tracking of orders, shipments, payments, or product availability
