We are looking to hire a National Sales Manager – Commercial and Parking sectors to service the North America region.

 

This is a high-level overview of the role we need you to fill for us:

The successful candidate will report to WBA’s Sales Director, oversee a team of sales professionals, Independent Manufacturer’s Representatives, and cross business line sales representatives.  Primary responsibility of this role is to develop and implement sales and relationship strategies in assigned sectors with top line sales and margin growth accountability.  Utilize data in dynamically changing market trends to properly position the company and sales team to build project pipeline, accurately forecast, and win projects.

 

These skills and experiences will make you a good fit for this role:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or Civil/Structural Engineering.
  • Demonstrated progressive growth in sales and sales management roles in commercial construction related companies with six (6) or more years of relevant experience.
  • Holds integrity in high regard at all times, leads by example, and motivates a high performing sales team through effective situational leadership styles.
  • Implements annual sales targets with internal and external teams and provides regular follow-up with substantive constructive feedback.  Accountable for sales and profit results on a weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual basis in assigned sectors.
  • Technical capability to understand product line and translate customer needs to solutions independently.
  • Manages the sales team in assigned sectors using results as a guide, but forward-looking analytics to steer.
  • Incorporates modern marketing influencing techniques created in our marketing team to gain attention and trust of key influencers and customers and leads execution of strategy.
  • Provide timely and accurate forecasts of sales with execution of strategic and tactical decision-making to execute to plan to Business Leadership Team.
  • Thorough knowledge of Microsoft applications and customer relationship management software.
  • Ability to travel up to 75%.
  • Possess the legal right to work and remain in the United States without sponsorship.
