We are looking to hire a Territory Manager to service the Boston area.


This is just a high-level overview of the role we need you to fill for us


Master Builders Solutions USA, LLC is looking for passionate sales experts to position our brand as the best choice for construction projects. This position will be helping customers meet their construction challenges through promoting our products and increasing product mix optimization as well as providing support to existing customers including new product initiation, technical sales, and testing. The Sales Rep will sustain customer relationships and support newly acquired accounts while maintaining, installing, and monitoring dispenser equipment to customer locations. This position implements and complies with all Master Builders Solutions initiatives, policies, and procedures.


These skills and experiences will make you a good fit for this role


  • Industry Degree and 1-3 years of industry experience is required, or a high school diploma with 8 years of industry experience instead of education will be considered
  • Previous experience in the concrete and/or construction industry is required
  • Previous sales experience with a demonstrated ability to reach targets is required
  • Previous experience with concrete QA/QC is required
  • Ability to lift 10-15 50lb buckets per day in the lab
  • Responsible for QC testing at multiple plants and reporting the results of those projects.
  • Responsible for covering 2-3 active projects a day on active job sites and reporting the results of those projects.
  • Available to work flexible hours and be available for night work every day of the week if needed.
