Responsibilities

We are looking to hire a Technical Sales Executive to support the Hong Kong, Macau and Taiwan Territory.
 
This is just a high-level overview of the role we need you to fill for us
 
Working, within your assigned geographical responsibility, you will build a solid network of concrete industry contacts; deliver admixture expertise to customers, prospects, and Master Builders Solutions sales representatives. You will provide analysis and action plans for gaining business, which include providing support for testing and industrial trials, implementing strategies to drive innovation and growth initiatives, and assisting in product and process training. You will maintain customer relationships by improving business at existing accounts; supporting newly attained accounts and gaining new business at targeted accounts. You will implement and comply with Company initiatives, policies, and procedures.
 

Experience

•    A Bachelor's Degree is required (in Chemistry or chemical engineering / technology), experience in lieu of education will be considered.
•    A minimum of 2 years of industry experience in account management and technical sales with a demonstrated history of closing new business 
•    Language skills: English, Chinese, Cantonese
•    Technical & Professional Knowledge: Civil Engineering
•    Excellent presentation and communication skills
•    Intermediate computer skills
•    Basic financial and market analysis skills
•    An understanding of the key drivers of the concrete industry
•    Electrical and/or mechanical aptitude
