Job Summary

To plan and carry out technical service activities for Construction System and ensure all related activities are in line with company practices and direction

Responsibilities

Technical service:
1. Provide support to the sales team for the competitive and comprehensive proposal of construction system products and solutions to customers based on the understanding of Master Builders Solutions’ products’ performance, customer needs, drawing and specification of the projects as well as the performance of competitors’ products.
2. Support CS sales to do demonstrations and application guides for Master Builders Solutions’ products at a site to maintain customer satisfaction.
3. Solve technical problems after-sales services.
Lab management:
1. Define standards, and demonstration design and guide subordinates to perform laboratory testing to check product quality or test new formulation of product; document testing results by completing forms, reports, logs, and records.
2. Maintain product performance consistent with product specifications.
3. Maintain and calibrate Lab equipment.
4. Prepare product samples as required.
Technical support:
1. Provide technical support in technical seminars, workshops to introduce and promote products
2. Visit customers to collect and analyze field information of customer expectations/ problems on product performance/ technical service needs to verify product design suitability to application.
Safety and housekeeping:
1. Maintain a safe and healthy working environment following standards of EHS and 5S practice.

Experience

Education
• University diploma/degree preferably in Civil Engineering, Chemistry or a related field
Working Experience
• Minimum 3 years experience in construction chemicals or related field
Technical & Professional Knowledge
• Knowledge of construction chemicals-related products
• Hands-on and know-how in the application of construction chemicals products such as industrial flooring, grouting & waterproofing systems
