Job Summary

 

In your role, you will support us in the development and introduction of new digital business models and services.

Responsibilities

 

  • You support the Digital Excellence Team in the organization and supervision of online surveys and workshops. Your tasks also include the collaboration in the conception of surveys, workshops and interviews as well as their follow-up (monitoring, analysis, final reports).
  • You identify and research digital trends & technologies to find innovative solutions in the construction industry and beyond.
  • You also support project kick-offs and task tracking.
  • You are actively involved in building and establishing a global digital community.
  • You furthermore create summaries, briefings, reports and presentations for various stakeholders.

Experience

 

  • Degree in (business-) informatics, economics, communication sciences, marketing, market research, product design, UX/UI, digital media, design or a comparable degree.
  • Experience in the field of ideation, an agile working attitude (Design Thinking, Scrum, Lean Canvas) as well as service design is an asset.
  • Experience in the development and follow-up of (remote) workshops is desired.
  • Very good knowledge of all common MS Office applications, along with English both spoken & written.
  • Knowledge of wire framing / prototyping tools (e.g., Balsamiq, Marvel) as well as project management & Kanban tools (JIRA, Trello) is an asset.
