  • Project Management: manage global SCM excellence projects to improve cost and capabilities.
  • Compliance and Code of Conduct: ensure adherence to legal regulations and the company’s internal guidelines as well core values and principles.
  • SCM Monitoring: drive the required projects and SCM KPI’s follow up, ensure timely effective monitoring and reporting to ensure targets are kept in focus. Provide support and training to ensure regional goals are met.
  • Operational Research: Evaluate and design/propose the best flows and decisions in operations:
  • Review and analyze logistics flows and cost for each operating company,
  • Manage Network Optimization projects, Reporting Platform(s) supports and trainings of global team.
  • Coaching of the Global SCM team, which is critical for the success of this role.




  • University degree, ideally with the mathematical background.
  • Minimum 5 years experience in Supply Chain Management area in an international environment.
  • Proven experience in data analysis and reporting as well as proven project management skills.
  • Experience in cross functional relations management.
  • Deep SAP knowledge.
  • Fluent in German and English.
