Responsibilities
- As owner of the Accounting and Reporting guidelines you govern IFRS Accounting and Reporting of the Group.
- As “Center of Competence” you ensure availability of ad-hoc IFRS interpretation of business transactions and consult Management and affiliates.
- You coordinate, prepare and file IFRS reporting for the Group.
- Moreover, you execute an effective, efficient, and rapid reporting process of the Group Companies.
- Furthermore, you coordinate the external audit process for the whole Group.
- In addition, you coordinate, prepare and file internal reporting requirements as well as other regulatory reporting requirements of the Group with the respective authorities.
- Ensure compliance with financial reporting (FRC control environment) requirements.
- The analysis of the monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements of the subsidiaries is also part of your area of responsibility.
- Direct contact person for the audit of the group financial statements.
Experience & Qualification
- You hold a master’s degree in business administration or Economics with a focus on accounting.
- In addition, you have gained minimum 5 years of professional experience in IFRS Group Accounting and Reporting.
- You have excellent analytical skills and a very good economic understanding.
- Your excellent English skills allow you to successfully perform in an international corporate environment.
- Moreover, you are familiar with SAP and MS Office.
