We are looking to hire a Senior Customer Account Representative

The Senior Customer Account Representative has a customer centric focus. We build collaborative partnerships by adding value through anticipating needs and proactively offering solutions. Senior Customer Account Representative is knowledgeable of Master Builders Solutions products and services. The Senior Customer Account Representative can handle increasingly complex assignments such as managing complex order analysis, which affect Supply Chain, Sales, and Manufacturing functions. The Senior Customer Account Representative is recognized as a business partner in one or more of the following areas: ecommerce, Exports, Consignment, A/R reconciliation, or specific market segmentation. The Senior Customer Account Representative handles after hours phone coverage with authority to make decisions regarding the resolution of more complex customer issues (e.g., decisions having significant financial impact on the business or customer).

  • A minimum of three (3) year of customer service experience is required
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Computer proficiency required; SAP experience preferred.
  • Ability to set priorities and make decisions in a dynamic work environment.
  • Clear understanding of Supply Chain processes.
  • Effective Communicator; verbal and written.
  • Works well independently as well as in a team.
  • Customer Service experience or demonstrated proficiency.
  • The Senior Customer Service Account Representative will serve as the primary point of contact for all internal and external customer issues within a sales division; will develop and maintain customer relationships.
  • Analyze customer requests, feedback, concerns and/or issues and provide recommended action to management
  • Ownership of the sales order fulfillment cycle; prepare and process in a timely, accurate and complete manner all product order information necessary for packaging, shipping, pricing, and invoicing.
  • Support the e-commerce initiatives and develop detailed knowledge of the order fulfillment process within the scope of the electronic applications.
