We are looking to hire a Supply Chain Planner – Shakopee, MN

This is just a high-level overview of the role we need you to fill for us

The Supply Chain Planner II is responsible for the qualitative and quantitative planning of raw materials and finished goods.  This includes managing all SAP MRP parameters used to plan the procurement of materials. This position requires a very close relationship with Manufacturing Plants, the Demand Planner (who generates forecast information), Procurement, Customer Service, Sales and Marketing.

These skills and experiences will make you a good fit for this role

• A Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Business, Math or Finance is preferred
• Advanced level proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Access, Power BI, Power Point is preferred.
• 2+ years of SAP experience.
• Function as a key driver of the planning process by managing many of the inputs into the planning system that are used to generate production and distribution plans.
• Strong project management skills, including the ability to establish a plan and drive its execution to successfully deliver results against business objectives.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential to the role.
• Ability to set priorities and make decisions in a dynamic work environment.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to handle multiple concurrent tasks effectively.
• Action oriented, good problem solver, highly analytical and good math skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to lead and/or work effectively in a team environment to achieve organizational goals.
• Ability to effectively explore alternatives to reach outcomes that gain all parties support and acceptance.
• Ability to assimilate and apply new job-related information that varies in complexity in a timely manner.
