Responsibilities

  • Business Development (Specification Management, General Consultant & Contractor management), relation building with stakeholders & day to day interaction with senior customer base. 
  • Mega Project Management – Complex Mega Project management through consultants, contractors managing all packages are involved, managing vast cross functional team, creating, and updating project pipeline, entire product portfolio utilization till start to end of project, maximum revenue generation with profit culture demonstration. 
  • Bidding/ Tender management – pre-bid-starting with consultant -to - post-bid – Contractor 
  • Contract Management – during execution of project – Repair, WP, flooring, admixture, auxiliary etc. long/short/medium term contract, applicator management with contract understanding 
  • Sales & Project management- Sales tracking with maximum revenue generation by empowering & utilizing all inter resources 
  • Specification/ solution driven approach and E2E approach- Project announcement to completion 

Experience

Education : BE Civil (Compulsory), MBA/ or post grad from NICMAR (Preferred)

Experience : Minimum 7-10 years of experience in working in construction chemicals / building material field & should have handled similar profile

Skills : 
• Good negotiation & presentation skills, self – driven approach
• Good hands-on experience on Concrete/ mix-design 
• Complete understanding of Construction Chemical Business & delivering sales for at least two Mega Projects  
• Ability to manage relationships/ establish good connectedness with colleagues within team & other functions effectively 
• Should enjoy meeting customers, travel & take relationships to next level
• Should be able to manage/ handle channel partners / applicators identified for key accounts/ Mega Projects
• Knowledge of sales process
