Responsibilities

  • You will be responsible for the Customer Order management team dealing with Admixture Systems’ and Underground Construction.
  • In this key role, you will be supervising a team of 4 and will provide functional guidance ensuring high standards of customer service.
  • You will be ensuring that SAP processes are followed, as well as providing support with maintenance of price structures and be involved on all process improvements and training to your team members whether this relates to SAP or other software packages.
  • You will liaise with internal departments and external suppliers to resolve any customer queries and you will take corrective steps when problems arise.
  • Beyond that, you will also inform relevant sales representatives of any issues with customers, deliveries or credit/accounts receivable. 
  • The successful applicant will ensure compliance with customer order management processes and regulations and drive for continuous improvements, e.g. training, best practice or sharing of expertise.
  • In addition, you will be involved in other projects as requested by the Supply Chain Planning Manager on an ad-hoc basis.

Experience

  • You are a highly motivated self-starter and must work well in multidisciplinary teams as well as on your own initiative.
  • You should have a minimum of 3 years’ experience within Customer Services and preferably have previous supervisory experience.
  • You have excellent IT skills particularly in SAP, reporting systems, Salesforce and Microsoft office applications.
  • You have excellent interpersonal skills and be able to communicate effectively with your team, colleagues and customers alike.
  • You should also be able to handle complex situations around meeting customers’ needs and have the capacity to manage your workload to meet tight deadlines.
  • Strong analytical skills are essential, as well as a proactive and efficient approach.

Salary and Benefits

Salary of £32,000 per annum, dependent on experience. You will be working 36.25 hours per week, Monday – Friday.
