Skills and Qualifications:

  • Education: Education & training required
    Bachelor's degree from Engineering civil or Architectural, etc.

Working Experience:

  • 10 to 12 years of professional experience in similar area

Technical & Professional Knowledge: 

  • Intensive Knowledge of construction chemicals products and technologies   
  • presentation skills and Marketing Planning are a must

IT skills:

  • strong command of PowerPoint, Microsoft office programs

Language skills (level):

High English language Proficiency is a must

Job Summary

Main Role and Responsibilities:

  • Identifying sales and services that would appeal to new client and researching market and industry trends
  • Managing company and client expectations by retaining relationships with existing clients and Increasing client base
  • Reviewing timeframes and budgets for the Product Line
  • Executing sales objectives by managing client accounts and finding and following new sales leads
  • Arranging business meetings and one-on-one conversations with prospective clients along with attending networking events
  • Negotiating specifications with stakeholders and preparing specifications clauses; following company rules and guidelines
  • Building trust and long-term relationships with clients/customers
  • Managing records of sales, revenue, and other important data
  • Making professional decisions in a fast-paced environment
