Experience
Skills and Qualifications:
- Education: Education & training required
Bachelor's degree from Engineering civil or Architectural, etc.
Working Experience:
- 10 to 12 years of professional experience in similar area
Technical & Professional Knowledge:
- Intensive Knowledge of construction chemicals products and technologies
- presentation skills and Marketing Planning are a must
IT skills:
- strong command of PowerPoint, Microsoft office programs
Language skills (level):
High English language Proficiency is a must

Job Summary
Main Role and Responsibilities:
- Identifying sales and services that would appeal to new client and researching market and industry trends
- Managing company and client expectations by retaining relationships with existing clients and Increasing client base
- Reviewing timeframes and budgets for the Product Line
- Executing sales objectives by managing client accounts and finding and following new sales leads
- Arranging business meetings and one-on-one conversations with prospective clients along with attending networking events
- Negotiating specifications with stakeholders and preparing specifications clauses; following company rules and guidelines
- Building trust and long-term relationships with clients/customers
- Managing records of sales, revenue, and other important data
- Making professional decisions in a fast-paced environment
