Responsibilities
- Leadership and Change Management: You will lead a global team of S/4 HANA and Salesforce experts in day-to-day operations, optimizations and the transition into an international group.
- ERP Expertise: With your end-to-end ERP expertise, you will act as a competent contact person for the business. You will translate new requirements into ERP solutions and drive their implementation together with outsourcing partners and in line with the global IT strategy.
- Program Management: You will be responsible to drive globally the integration of ERP systems in the context of a large acquisition. You will be responsible for consolidating ERP-related requirements, as well as prioritizing, budgeting, and monitoring implementation projects.
Experience
- You have an university degree in business administration, computer science, or similar.
- As a senior leader you are able to guide an international global team through challenging and fast moving environments
- You have proven experience in maintaining team spirit and morale in a partially virtual setup
- Your deep expertise in ERP systems (SAP S/4 Hana) helps to find solutions for business needs and pushing improvements as well as steering and controlling Third-Party providers.
- You have good analytical skills to quickly understand existing business processes and system functionalities and to assess their impact on the business.
- You are a calm personality who manages big projects with an efficient scope and risk management
