We are looking to hire a Human Resources Generalist to service the Shakopee, MN Office

This is just a high-level overview of the role we need you to fill for us

This position supports the Human Resources Manager, Construction Systems Division. The person in this role will require a dynamic approach to prioritizing responsibilities, while engaging with visitors, employees, and local community partners.  A few day-to-day activities would be supporting managers in onboarding new hires, participating on the Culture Team, and supporting the Human Resources Manager in data management, leave management, analytic reporting and employee programs & communications.

• Self-starter that is proactive with a solution-oriented attitude
• Proven ability to handle confidential information
• Experience in prioritizing competing requests and deadlines
• EDUCATION – bachelor’s degree preferred
• EXPERIENCE – at least 3 - 5 years in the HR function reporting directly to an HR professional
• TECHNOLOGIES – Microsoft Office 365 Suite including intermediate level using Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Teams.
• ADP Workforce Now knowledge/experience
• SuccessFactors HRIS or experience working in an HRIS system preferred.
• Working with and supporting HR Managers
• Onboarding process and exit process
• Knowledge of benefits and plans, and can communicate these with employees if needed
• Assisting in recruiting process
• Handling employee’s daily questions
• Working with onsite management
• Assisting with integration projects
• Involved with Culture Team and Safety Team
