Role Overview:

Master Builders Solutions is seeking to hire an Area Manager to support and lead our business in New York and Pennsylvania; with experience in sales and management within the concrete industry. Reporting to the Vice President of Sales, the successful candidate’s primary role will be to provide plans and direction for improving profitability and revenue of the region. This includes identifying new business opportunities, key account relationships, and support of newly attained “major” accounts. Trains, develops, and mentors direct report. Responsible for maintaining industry relationships within region. Ensures that company initiatives, policies, and procedures are implemented and communicated effectively to all direct reports.

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Engineering, Marketing, or related field is also an asset – experience in lieu of education will be considered.
  • Minimum of 10 years’ experience in the construction industry
  • Must have excellent communication and computer skills.
  • Executive selling skills and expertise
  • Financial analysis skills
  • Valid Driver License and be able to drive for extended periods of time.
  • You must also be able to travel domestically and into the U.S.A.
