Dispenser Service Technician – Nashville TN

Role Overview:

Provides overall service necessary for the installation, maintenance, operation and quality control of dispenser equipment to best meet customer needs, requirements and specifications within the corporate safety guidelines. This position will monitor dispenser equipment to ensure that it is operating as expected. Performs routine maintenance and determines when and what kind of maintenance is needed. Troubleshoots and identifies what may be causing an operating error and seeks problem resolution.

Responsibilities:

• A minimum of 2 years of work experience is required
• Technical product knowledge, customer insight and professional expertise
• Field experience/working knowledge of process plumbing and wiring
• Responsible for performing dispenser repair, maintenance, install and recovery
• Responsible for supporting new product initiation and implementation
• Customers to be served are located throughout the region, minimum of 25 percent of this role involves driving; occasionally, overnight travel will be required.
• Immediately reports unsafe acts or conditions to his/her manager  and takes immediate interim steps to protect himself/herself and others from serious risk
• The individual must be able to lift up to 50 pounds (23KG) throughout the shift.
• High school Diploma or GED
